The Celtic Warriors Wheelchair Basketball club used to be called the Chester Wheelchair Jets - and had a name change in the summer of 2007 to reflect their move to Darland Sports Centre in North Wales and also to reflect the number of 'Celtic' players in the club. The team have played in the 2nd Division North League since the start of the 2008 season and have just returned from the GBWBA Championship Finals triumphant after winning third place in the 2nd Division for the 2009/2010 season.
Wheelchair Basketball can be played by people with and without disabilities - Our club welcomes players of all ages and abilities so come and have a go - we guarantee you will enjoy it
