Born in Dublin, now living in Ashbourne, Co Meath, Ireland, Peter joined our club as a player last season having met us all when he was one of the staff coaches at our residential Summer camp last year. He was appointed as our Head Coach in June 2006.
He currently works as a Financial Controller.

What do you do to relax ? Family, Computers and spy on teams for my friends who are coaches in the Able Bodied National Leagues in Ireland..
What is your favourite type of music ? Anything you can hear the words.
What is your favourite food ? Thai, Chinese and Fish & Chips
Where have you most enjoyed playing basketball ? Poland (with Ed Owen & Sir Phil Craven) and Crystal Palace at Christmas Tournaments.
Do you follow an NBA team or Wheelchair Basketball Team ? Boston Celtics, Dublin Celts, Wolverhamption Rhino’s and Chester Jets of course
What are your personal ambitions ?To get Chester Jets to the play off’s, to pay off my Mortgage next year and to live a long and happy life and be appreciated for the work I do for nothing and not be taken for granted.

Elected to the Eurozone Basketball Coaching Staff for Clinics around Europe.
Coached Gaellic Warriors – Quad Rugby and winners of the Berd Best (Advanced League of the biggest Quad Rugby tournament in the world) in Germany 2004
Coached Irish Quad rugby team to European Division B Champions in 2004 in Belgium.
Elected to the board of Irish Basketball Association (first wheelchair coach to do so)
Coach & Paid for Wheelchair Basketball in Team in Bangkok, Thailand
Motivational Speaker to National League Teams.
Voted player of the tournament in Poland 1995.
